Reservation changes are always subject to availability and the maximum capacity of the specific property. If the change results in an increase in the reservation price, the additional cost must be paid.
If the change results in a reduction in the reservation price, the refund process will be treated as a cancellation. To modify a reservation, you must send an email to reservas@muchosol.es, attaching a copy of the email received upon reservation confirmation.
Muchosol is an intermediary that connects property owners or managers with travelers.
The owner is responsible for entering and updating the information on the portal. The owner is also the one providing the accommodation service. Therefore, the owner or manager is solely responsible for the quality of the contracted services and the accuracy of the information published on the website.
In case of complaints or claims, these must be sent in writing to Muchosol within 24 hours after check-in to the email reservas@muchosol.es. The owner or manager must also be informed to have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Muchosol will mediate between the property manager and you to facilitate the resolution of the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, Muchosol will cancel the reservation and offer an alternative accommodation with a similar price and features, either from the same owner or another provider.
If the alternative accommodation is not accepted, Muchosol will only refund the amount paid as an advance payment in the cases detailed in our refund policy.
Muchosol guarantees the lowest price for your reservation.
If you find the same apartment at a lower price on another portal, before or after booking, we will refund the difference.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- It must be the same house or apartment, for the same dates and number of guests, and we must be able to verify the price difference online.
- It does not apply if the lower price is due to a discount, group rate, promotional offer, or package deal.
- The price comparison is only valid between Muchosol and other instant booking portals.
- The claim period, in case a reservation has been made, is 7 days from the reservation date.
- All transactions made by credit and debit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
- The established procedure below must be followed.
To be eligible for the refund, the following
procedure must be followed: the client must send the links to the accommodation on both portals.
The refund of the difference will be made to the client’s credit card, provided we can verify the price difference online on the other portal.
Muchosol reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time.
Muchosol will refund the amount received as an advance payment for the reservation in the following cases, provided the client has fulfilled their obligations detailed in the Client Obligations section.
a- If the accommodation cannot be occupied due to overbooking and neither Muchosol nor the property owner has been able to offer an alternative accommodation that the client accepts.
b- If the accommodation features or equipment do not match the details on the website, only when the client has notified Muchosol within a maximum of 24 hours after check-in and neither Muchosol nor the accommodation manager has been able to find an alternative apartment that meets the requirements.
c- If due to an emergency or force majeure, the accommodation becomes uninhabitable, provided the client notifies Muchosol within a maximum of 24 hours after the emergency occurs and no alternative accommodation has been found.
In case of reservation cancellation by the client, Muchosol will charge a management fee of 25 euros. Additionally, there may be a penalty set by the accommodation provider. This penalty is detailed in each accommodation listing and in the reservation confirmation email.
Typically, the penalty increases the closer it gets to the check-in date, potentially reaching 100% of the rental amount. Reservation cancellations must be requested via email at reservas@muchosol.es.
The client must respect the property, its furniture and equipment, and leave it in the same condition as it was received.
The client must comply with the rules of the building or residential complex where they are staying, as well as legal regulations regarding noise, garbage disposal, water consumption, etc.
It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than stipulated in the reservation.
The client must contact the key holder and notify them of their arrival time at least 3 days before check-in.
